CSALC provides the operation and maintenance services of railway special lines for large-size power plants and other big enterprises. Its service includes: technical consultation during the construction of special-purpose lines to assist in the acceptance check and opening of special-purpose lines; management and maintenance of locomotives and other equipment for special railway lines; transportation of coal, fuel and other materials; coal yard management and other services. The company has long been responsible for the operation and maintenance of special railway lines of more than 10 enterprise stations such as Liyujiang Power Plant in Hunan, Changde Power Plant and Ezhou Power Plant in Hubei Province.
